Should you find a lower price with another authorized dealer either online or in-store, we'll match the offer* before your purchase or within 15 days after your purchase.

This means that if you buy from us and then find the same product at a lower price from a different authorized dealer, we’ll refund the difference - giving you nothing to lose!

If our price is reduced after your purchase, contact us within 15 days, and we will refund you the difference.

Fine Print

• The discount Rack Attack offers cannot exceed 20% off the MSRP.
• All price matches must involve a website or retailer directly selling the product you wish to have matched.
• The product must be priced in Canadian / US dollars and must include all shipping costs and other charges.
• The product must be sold by an authorized dealer in Canada / the US.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.

Exclusions

The policy does not include the following categories:

• All trailer hitch brands except Curt
• Drop shipped products
• Discontinued products
• Installation and services

The policy does not apply to the following types of products:

• Offers unavailable to the general public - including trade, special event, club, or membership offers.
• Clearance, second-hand, refurbished, ex-demonstration, or display products.
• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction, or classifieds websites.
• Products supplied through unauthorized distributors or directly delivered to customers from an overseas vendor.
• Pricing errors.
• Products priced more than 20% below the recommended retail price or market value.

If you’ve already bought the product:

Use our Contact Us form, reference your order number, and provide the price you’d like us to match.

If you haven’t bought the product yet:

Visit any store to request a price match or use the “Price Match” button on the product page.
